Participants leave with checklists and templates they can apply immediately.
Structured coaching programmes for employees, aligned with HR and Occupational Health to support performance, retention and wellbeing. Includes discovery and assessment, individual coaching plans, 1:1 delivery, and periodic outcomes reporting. All programmes operate with confidentiality and UK GDPR compliance.

Our coaching uses a structured TES/A/R framework to ensure sessions are focused and lead to practical, measurable outcomes. Each cycle moves through:
Topic → Exploration → Strategy → Action → Review
This creates momentum, accountability and progress across sessions. We also use targeted questioning techniques to cut through noise, reconnect to goals and prompt insight in a direct, strengths-based way.

We measure progress using a structured, non-clinical framework tailored to each client or organisation.
Goal Progress:
• Goal Attainment Scaling (collaborative goal-setting with defined success levels)
Executive Function Changes:
• Pre/post self-assessments across focus, planning, prioritisation, working memory and emotional regulation
Workplace Indicators:
• Task throughput, meeting follow-through, deadline adherence, handover quality and other role-relevant metrics
Feedback Loops:
• Short pulse surveys on clarity, support and inclusivity
Training Impact:
• Reach, satisfaction and behaviour change (e.g. adoption of inclusive meeting practices)
